CASE STUDIES

The highly successful packaging company Vista Color hired me to produce a series of videos introducing their services, showcasing their cutting-edge machinery, and reflecting the founder’s core philosophy of “harmony” in workplace relationships.

To bring this vision to life, I selected ten employees and engaged each in long, candid, and emotionally rich conversations. None were professional actors, so instead of formal interviews, I recorded natural two-way dialogues. This approach yielded genuine, unrehearsed reflections - heartfelt testimonies about their experiences with the company.

Through their voices, the company was revealed - not through scripted praise, but through authentic, human connection. Vista Color didn’t need to promote itself; its people did that simply by being honest.
In post-production, I carefully curated the most powerful moments from each hour-long session, interweaving them with visuals that highlighted the company’s finest attributes. The final videos were tied together with a carefully composed, emotive original soundtrack, creating a deeply personal and compelling portrait of the brand.
